Flexible training designed for diverse contexts, capabilities, and learning needs

EquityEd offers a range of training options designed to ensure participants can engage in ways that are practical, accessible, and aligned with their circumstances. Our delivery approaches prioritise flexibility, inclusion, and real-world application, enabling meaningful participation across diverse environments.

Our training delivery options

Online virtual classrooms

Live, interactive sessions bring participants together with facilitators and peers in a structured learning environment. These sessions support discussion, clarification, and applied learning through guided engagement.

Virtual classrooms are central to the EquityEd approach, creating a sense of connection while enabling real-time support and shared learning across geographically dispersed groups.

Synchronous learning

Scheduled learning sessions provide structured engagement at set times, supporting consistent progress and accountability. Participants benefit from direct interaction, immediate feedback, and collaborative learning experiences.

This approach is particularly effective for:

  • Building confidence through discussion

  • Supporting guided learning journeys

  • Facilitating peer-to-peer exchange

Asynchronous learning

Flexible, self-paced learning enables participants to access content, complete activities, and engage with materials at a time that suits their context.

This model is essential for learners managing:

  • Work or family commitments

  • Variable internet access

  • Different time zones

Asynchronous delivery ensures that access to learning remains consistent, even in constrained environments.

Facilitator-led online courses

Structured courses combine guided content, practical activities, and ongoing facilitator support. Participants engage with materials independently while receiving regular input, feedback, and direction from experienced facilitators.

This approach balances flexibility with support, ensuring that learners remain engaged and can apply knowledge effectively in real-world contexts.

Integrated delivery approach

In many cases, EquityEd programmes combine these delivery models to maximise effectiveness. For example:

  • Asynchronous materials provide flexibility and access

  • Synchronous sessions reinforce learning and build connection

  • Facilitator guidance ensures clarity, progression, and impact

This blended approach ensures that learning is not only accessible, but also engaging, practical, and outcomes-focused.

Closing positioning statement

Our training options are designed to remove barriers to participation while maintaining high-quality learning experiences. By combining flexible delivery with facilitator support, EquityEd enables learners and organisations to build capability in ways that are relevant, sustainable, and impactful.

Optional refinement

If you want to tighten this further for the card layout, I can compress this into a 2–3 line version plus expandable “Learn more” content, which often performs strongly in Squarespace designs.
